As per UGC’s new guidelines aspirants with four years of bachelor’s program and with a minimum CGPA score of 7.5/10 will now be eligible for Ph.D. admissions, without having a complete master’s program, according to the new regulations on the award for Ph.D. degree finalized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
